1. Provider and purpose
QuizDMV is provided by MEGALEIOS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA. - ME (Megaleios) as study material for the Florida Class E knowledge exam. It is not affiliated with FLHSMV or any public authority. Questions are educational materials, not official exam questions. Always consult the current official handbook and requirements. The app does not issue a license or guarantee a passing score.
2. Responsible use
The content is intended for personal study by people aged 15 and over. If you are a minor, involve your parent or guardian where required by law, especially for purchases. Do not use the app while driving. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, tamper with purchases or commercially redistribute content without permission. Uses permitted by law remain protected.
3. Study features and availability
The app offers quizzes, road sign practice and flashcards. Portuguese or Spanish study includes English; exam mode is in English. Translations assist learning. Errors, changes to rules and interruptions may occur. We may correct and update content and features, while respecting mandatory consumer rights.
4. Progress and accounts
Sign-in is optional, using email and password or Google; Apple is also available on iOS. Study progress belongs to the device, remains accessible after signing out, and is not synced across accounts or devices. The app account is separate from the store account and does not transfer purchases between platforms. You can delete your account in Profile after confirming your identity. Clearing study progress is a separate action. Losing, replacing or erasing the device may remove local history, which Megaleios cannot recover.
5. Free study and ad removal
Study features are free. When advertising is enabled, ads may appear in designated areas. Ad removal is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price and currency displayed by the store before confirmation apply; this purchase has no recurring charge. No purchase guarantees exam success.
6. Store, restoration and refunds
The App Store or Google Play processes payment. The purchase applies to the platform where it was made and may be restored with the same store account, subject to platform availability and rules. It does not transfer between Apple and Google. Clearing progress does not cancel the purchase. Use Restore purchases in the app. Refunds follow store procedures and applicable statutory rights. A refunded or revoked purchase may no longer remove ads.
7. Advertising and privacy
Advertising depends on your declared age group, privacy choices and purchase status. We do not show ads to users who report being under 18 or do not specify an age group. Study remains available when an ad or required permission is unavailable. Reading these terms or continuing to study does not constitute consent to advertising. Our Privacy policy explains data handling.
8. Content and rights
The QuizDMV brand, software and materials belong to Megaleios or its licensors. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses. You receive permission for personal use, not ownership of these materials. These terms do not remove consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory store terms also apply to app acquisition and distribution.
9. Updates and contact
Changes will be published here with a new version date. Material changes to data use or purchase conditions will be disclosed before taking effect where required. Questions, content errors and requests about these terms may be sent to the support and privacy contact at the end.
